The Globo Product Options app has been perfect for our business. It's really easy to use and customise. Their support team, especially Rosie, has been incredible—quick, clear, and dedicated. Highly recommend it!

I'm a complete novice so it's always nerve racking when asking for help - but my call for help was answered within seconds and Mike talked me through the solution to my problem. Very impressed with the service and support - thank you

Aktuell funktioniert sie super und wenn doch etwas sein sollte, hilft der Support ohne zu zögern! Stand 28.02.2025 Leider muss ich meine Bewertung etwas heruntersetzen, da einige Sachen (Anpassung der Varianten im Warenkorb - das der Preis zum normalen Preis des Produktes dazugerechnet wird) nicht ordentlich abgebildet werden können und meiner Meinung nach zum optimalen Einkaufserlebnis dazugehören. Der Service war so weit gut, aber nach einer anderen Lösung wurde leider auch nicht gesucht.

I have contacted support several times now to have code adjusted for my site. Every time the service has been amazing and fixed within hours. This most recent time, I had Helen help me and the issue was fixed within 2 hours. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Easy to use! I had a small problem I couldn't figure out and their customer service helped me right away. They didn't just walk me thru fixing it but logged in for me and set it up for me and explained to me what to which was great! Even with the time difference Helen was so quick to respond and she helped me with several other questions I had besides the initial thing I reached out about. I didn't like the way something looked on my customer orders and they changed it for me without question.

I just started using the app. It is simple and practical. I contacted support team, and Leika helped me with all my questions. She was kind and fast, with good communication skills.

It's by far the best options app out there (I been testing so many over the years). It combines so many useful options and has a beautiful upload field. You can basically design everything and if you have special request their support is always there and really helpful too (Rosie was super nice to talk to and she provided a fast solution). Would recommend them 100%, also for this price its the best options app!

Was having issues with my option boxes not appearing on my website, but within two hours (after submitting an email help request and reaching out via chat) I had it fixed! They identified a syntax error in the theme (which I never would have figured out) and got it fixed for me. Jay was super helpful over the chat and it was great to see how much they cared about fixing my website!

Very good support from Leika despite the fact that I'm still in the trial period, I recommend it.
