I had a few issues with the app, but Helen from customer support was very helpful and managed to resolve them effectively.

I really like that over the years they've taken customer suggestions and continually improved the product. Support is always great to work with and helpful. Helen and Henrik is a great examples of their excellent support. Answered questions quickly and accurately in the included chat. A+ as a company.

I make rings, I needed to be able to offer these rings in different sizes. I inlay these rings with local beach sand. I needed to be able to offer each size ring with each beach sand. This caused shopify to decide that the inventory for each ring size was governed by the amount of sand options available. This app, just the free option has enabled me to have the correct inventory displaying which I couldn't do with Shopify alone. I asked for some help as things were displaying a little differently via preview and live but the agent, Mike helped me out quickly and efficiently, thanks Mike!

I have been using this app for a while now, actually a couple of apps by this company, and they really are amazing. Not only is the software great - they just work as they should have all the flexibility that you'd need and are reliable, but also the support is amazing. Whenever I've contacted them, they've gone out of their way to help, and always totally understood what it is I'm asking for, and always sorted it. Every time. Today I've been speaking with David, and as always, perfect service. Thank you guys!

The support is amazing! They always respond quickly and solve any challenges we face while creating the best add-ons for an outstanding customer experience. Mainly we are working with Helen. I do recommend this app the free version provided me with the additional options fields to list my products significantly easier. I did need to reach out for support and they assisted me immediately.

Mike was very helpful I had an issue with Shopify not allowing me to add more than 100 variants and Globo was the perfect platform to fix this. The only issue I had was Globo does not allow you to have more than one option if you require option this can be a barrier
