Very good plugin and the support is so great. Quick response and willing to help.

Very easy to edit features and it has a video tutorial. Would be great if it can do more like apply the images in the order copy. Support is also very helpful and accomodating. The team is also quick to response when you need help.

Love how easy it is to use the app for product options and variations. I tried other apps, but came back to Globo as it is the easiest to use. There was a problem with my cart and add-on options and did not realize that it was changed because I updated my shopify Theme. Rosie from Globo helped me look into it and fixed the whole issue. I love how I can add option sets. This app is so helpful :) Thank you so much!

Great and easy to use app, and I love the different designs for product options! We encountered a few problems in how the app was displayed in our theme at first, but the customer support immediately supported us and made the adjustments - and no it's perfect! Thank you so much!

We've had a couple of issues with featured products, and Helen has been extremely helpful with everything. We sincerely appreciate her prompt attention to our needs- and her patience! (We're creative types who simply do not want to spend a lot of time on tech concerns, so this kind of customer service is ideal).

We were looking for an app which gives us more option for our product section. Finally we've found it with Globo Product Options. This is really easy to use and has many options. The support is amazing - fast, professional and friendly. Highly recommended :)

A great app, fairly easy to use, a little manual, but does the job. However, what has given me a real 5* experience is the customer service and technical support that they provide. I have spoken with 2 excellent customer service agents, Helen and David, who have both gone above and beyond, helping me understand how it all works and providing solutions that I'd otherwise have to hire an experienced developer to help me with. Give them both a raise!
