Amazing product very simple to use awesome support Jay was extremely fast and prompt. There absolutely no delay and very present and knowledgeable of function. It helps when support is awesome just as the sales. Sometimes you go with a product because of amazing sales review but hardly find just as good support. Here is one right here 100% recommend to anyone in need of their product.

I've labored over finding a way to add options without creating a thousand new variants/sku's in shopify's native controls but still haven't found a way. Globo has been a lifesaver for a work around for adding ring sizes and chain lengths and upgrades without having to manage extra inventory. And when I had a request Customer Service was amazing and so accommodating!

The app is decent, but the customer support is extremely disappointing. When I reached out about the price add-on feature being unavailable, the response I received was unclear and unhelpful. Without the price add-on, the app became unusable, and I had no choice but to uninstall it.

Globo liefert wirklich durchdachte Software. Auch dieses Tool ist (inklusive kostenlosem Set für minimalem Einsatz) gute Arbeit. // Globo provides really well thought-out software. This tool (including a free set for minimal use) is also good work.

The app had a slight delay while I was typing some variants. I also missed a key element (hitting save) to get my product options to be on the website. Hit the live chat and it was figured out in about 2 seconds. UPDATE: I messed up again. And Rosie was to the rescue AGAIN. The customer support is truly amazing
