The support team has been great. They got back to me ASAP via Live Chat. All issues were resolved right away. Easy to use app and configures easily with many themes.

Really easy to install and customise, and it's allowed us to offer personalisation options to add an extra touch to our service. We wanted the personalisation options to show up in the confirmation emails as well, so got in touch and Helen did an amazing job of editing the code to add this in - really really pleased with the service!

The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.

This app has worked wonders for our product option sets. A few things needed to be updated and Rosie was able to hop in and add the coding necessary to make that happen! Very quick and friendly response. A lot more features in the way the app works and displays product info so really dig in to it! Add their Color Swatch app and you are set for every thing you would need!
