Amazing experience! Had an issue and not only were they instantly available with a real human helping me, they did the work and fixed it and even added a custom font to match my theme which is usually only for the paid theme. Shows how they actually value their customers and go above and beyond.

I've used Globo for the past two years to give people the option to add embossing to the journals I sell. It works great, and I've generated very strong sales. I had a small technical issue recently and within 5 minutes the guys had it resolved, fantastic customer support, very fast! I am happy to recommend this app :)

v1 Started out being a great app, have set up my entire store using this app, but have had an ongoing issue with customers not being charged for extras that they should have been. After numerous lengthy sessions with support, it turns out that to rectify this I now have to reinstall v2 losing ALL my listings which will have to be remade from scratch, and all the things I have used in the free version are now classed as 'premium', and I'll have to pay for them. I have mno issue paying for apps when its clear from the outset, but it annoys me to use something for a year and then have everything change, I will lose DAYS having to reinstate all my listings, and have to pay for the pleasure too... time to look for a different app!

Hi everyone , if you have a product variant that is based on a dynamic live pricing and varying sku - this is the app to go with. done so much research and I was about to write a code - dont waste your time and try this app - works fantastic - if you encounter a problem just send a message to support and they will solve it - definitely five star - check out their other apps as well we are using SUBMIT a REQUEST and GLOBO MEGA MENU - great guys. Especially thanks to Helen
