This app lets me set certain prices for custom products. I wish there was a way to add photos to certain items within the app. Overall I like how this app works.

I sent a request for help and received an email back very soon afterward. Helen helped me with my ticket and explained what the issue was and added a screenshot so I could see exactly what the issue was. Helen also went above and added some extra style codes so that everything matched my theme. I'm SO appreciative for Helen's assistance on this!! Thank you Helen!

I've had a few issues integrating the Globo app with my website, sometimes the price wouldn't appear on the site or the add-ons will display as products on my page. However, I reached out to their development team and they were able to resolve any issues I had in a quick and friendly manner. Would recommend this app due to their customer service and ability to resolve issues.

I was having a little trouble figuring out how to add options to one product on my website and Helen saved the day and did it for me. Thank you so much I totally recommend Helen from Globo to help you and add to your Shopify store. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Been liking the app so far. Have only been using it for a month but definitely an upgrade from the previous one I've been using. Super easy to contact someone. I have been able to get a hold of a live cha person in under 5 minutes.
