Wow! To be able to talk to a real person in the live chat, Rosie, when I am new to this and confused. It is unheard of today with the other Apps like this. The customer service alone is worth it. Rosie was the most helpful, kind, and understanding with me as I learned how to use this app. Not only is my Shopify store connected, but my products are fully integrated and I have a better understanding of what my customers will see. Rosie was quick and made me feel confident in what I was doing for my Shopify Store. Even shared screen shots. Beyond happy with this product.

The app its self is great but the customer service is just top notch they are super helpful and quick. Would highly suggest using Globo.

La acabo de descargar y hasta ahora todo super bien! es super fácil de utilizar, muy intuitiva y el precio mensual me parece justo para lo que ofrece, tuve un pequeño problema con mi primer conjunto de productos, pero contacte con el equipo de soporte para solicitar ayuda y Helen me atendió muy rápido y me ayudó a resolver mi problema de igual forma muy rápida y eficientemente.

It's so easy to use compared to the app I was using previously. No need for coding and all at the theme page. the only downside is, I need to rely on the Globo team to help customize the widget to blend with my website, it can't be done alone. Thank you anyway!
