I want to extend a big thank you to the Globo app and especially to Helen from support, who promptly assisted me when I was in need. We encountered an issue with the appearance of our cart, where the configuration was overlapping with the quantity of products. Their technicians promptly resolved the entire situation for us; all they needed was access. They respond lightning-fast. They also helped us with translating the app into all our languages. They are amazing. Thank you!

Globo is the best. Super easy and super convenient. The best part is their customer service, any small issue they resolve it right away. Helen from support has been super kind and helpful in resolving my issues.

Ik gebruik Globo nu al bijna een jaar en het is echt een hele fijn app met super service. Helaas ondervindt ik nu wel problemen met de combinatie van Globo Product Options & Globo Color Swatch waardoor de knoppen van de ene app invloed hebben op de andere app. Dit is iets waar Globo mee bezig is en ik hoop dat ze hier heel snel een oplossing voor hebben gezien ik eigenlijk niet zonder beide apps kan. Zeker een aanrader!

The app works efficiently. I like the possibility to link custom option sets to collections. Quick assistance too.
