Very very good. I have used MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE apps and Globo is, without question, the best one with the best functionality and easiest to use. Rosie, my support rep, did an OUTSTANDING job as well. I will continue to use Globo for a long time to come.

It takes a minute to figure it all out, but it's worth it. The customization is fabulous and it allows me to offer a wide variety of flexibility to my customers with custom products. I also love the ability to hide or reveal options based on conditions selected by the customer. Good stuff!!

Fantastic Customization App with Outstanding Customer Service I absolutely love this app! It gives my customers the ability to request personalized texts or images, adding a unique touch to their purchases. The customer service is top-notch; I was assisted by Helen, and every time I had a request, she responded quickly and efficiently. Helena even provided valuable tips on how to use the app to its fullest potential. This app has significantly enhanced the customization options in my boutique, ensuring a higher level of satisfaction for my customers. They appreciate the ability to personalize their items, which adds a special, personal touch to their purchases. Highly recommend this app for any business looking to offer customized products!

I recently discovered Globo and I am thrilled with it! The app offers multiple options for product listings, which has been incredibly helpful for my online store. I had a few questions when I first started using it, but thanks to the support from the Team and especially Helen, I got all the assistance I needed. Their helpful responses made the setup process smooth and easy.

I installed Globo Product Options, Variant because I wanted to offer a customizable version of my product and Shopify limited me to 100 variants. Once I installed the app, it was easy to use and navigate, and I was able to set up my first variant quickly and connect it to my product. I did, however, run into an issue where the app wasn't showing on the product page, so I contacted support and Helen responded quickly, fixing my problem almost immediately. She then went above and beyond and updated the colors/fonts to match my theme. I'm impressed by the app, but the customer service is truly what makes this remarkable. Helen is amazing and I'm very grateful for her quick reply, professionalism, friendly demeanor, and knowledge. I highly recommend this app.

めちゃ使えます。無料プランで使わせていただいています。カスタム製の高い商品を販売しているのですが、こちらのアプリのオプションをつける事によってお客様が商品を簡単にカスタムできるようになりました。 今まで注文メールにオプションを表示できなかったのが難点だったのですが、サポートチームに連絡したらすぐに対応してくれました！！ これでお客様もメールでオプションが確認できるし、万が一注文内のオプションを削除してしまってもメールで確認できます。 なにかあったらすぐサポートチームに連絡しようと思います。本当にありがとうございます！オススメです。 This app is extremely useful. I’m using the free plan, and even so, it has been a great help. I sell high-priced custom-made products, and by adding this app’s options, customers can easily customize their orders. Previously, one of the biggest drawbacks was that order emails couldn’t display the selected options. However, when I contacted the support team, they responded immediately and solved the issue! Now customers can check their options directly in the confirmation email, and even if the options are accidentally deleted from the order, I can still confirm them through the email. If anything comes up, I’ll reach out to the support team right away. I’m truly grateful—highly recommended!

We just started using Globo. The app works incredibly well. It has all the features we need to sell complex items to a wide variety of customers. I needed some help to it up and running and in about 30 minutes my four problems I encountered was fixed by Helen on chat. Great job!
