So far this has been a very flexible system meeting all of my needs. The customer support has been great with responses typically coming in minutes if not immediately. Highly recommend.

Customer service is super efficient, thanks to little Helen for her efficiency.

Looks great on the surface but extremely inflexible compared to other product option apps I have used. Really regretting investing so much time implementing this app on the booking element of our site. Suggestions to their support team on what are quite simple implementations, and would make this app best in class are met with a "no we can't do that" from their support team. Back to the drawing board and finding another solution unfortunately.

無料で使用できるプランもあり、とても便利だと思います。デザイン等は有料版でないと自由に変更はできませんが、シンプルに使用するだけであれば無料版でもかなり使えます。また、サポートもしっかりしており、システムで何らかの干渉があり価格表示に不具合が出た際に問い合わせたところ、すぐに解決していただけました。対応も早く満足しております。対応いただいたHelenさんありがとうございました。
