Globo Product Options, Variant

The app is very good, with many options for product customization and it's easy to set up. However, the fact that the price add-ons are considered as specific products is not what I expected. For orders discounted with a minimum quantity of items, the add-ons will be counted as a separate item, which is not good. The add-on should be set up as a variant of a product, and not as a product itself. If this is not a problem for your store, I would definitely recommend the app.

Very helpful! This app allows our organization to create a comprehensive sales page that clearly presents the many available options for our annual event. It makes it easy for participants to tailor their experience — all in one place. So much clearer and more efficient for everyone involved! Also, the customer service has been excellent — responsive, timely, and quick to resolve the issue I encountered. Removed a star for the very basic look of the option form.

This has been a very helpful app for us to deal with engraving options. The price is reasonable and the support has been excellent! We recently had an issue with a couple option sets and support was terrific about resolving quickly.

I was having issues accessing my created templates, hopped on to the online chat and spoke with Gemma. She was able to assist me and resolve my issues with ease. It all working again! Fantastic customer service! The Globo Apps are fantastic and a must have!

This app is great! We use the Premium Plan, which has everything we need to make product customization a very straight forward process for the customer when making a purchase. It's also very easy on the admin side to set up. Their customer support is also the best! Steven got right back to me (like within 5 minutes) with the solution to my question. I also have a very specific color-scheme for my site, and support was able to accommodate by adding custom CSS for me multiple times. If you plan on selling custom products on your site, I could not recommend Globo Product Options more!

The app is powerful and covers all the advanced needs we have — from conditional logic to custom add-on pricing and image swatches. I asked a question and it was answered honestly, and then they even went as far as trying to find a way from within my Shopify to make it happen. They could have just dismissed my quandary (as many others did before my finding globo product options) and moved on, but they took their time and went above and beyond what anyone else has done. Even though we are in different time zones, the communication was so transparent I knew that my messages were received and would be attended to during their business hours - which is more than I can say for a lot of other apps I communicated with. Although we were unable to find a way to make my impossible ask a reality, I am now a loyal customer. The app's features make it easy to list items, and integrate to Shopify - which makes me a loyal customer. Honestly, the communication was excellent, and the customer service was the best I have experienced since bringing my business to Shopify.

Great app very easy to use and gets good results. customer service is EXCELLENT. I asked a question on how I could include customers options on invoices and they went out of their way to fix it for me. Little Helen deserves a special mention for how well she handled my request and followed it up
