Great App!!!Fr and Exceptional support - honestly the best support I have experienced online for the free version I am using. Rosie and Quang have been super helpful with my multiple request in altering our code for Globo! A real asset to our new product, very appreciative! We have just begun to integrate a selected amount of products with Globo Product Options on their free plan. It works so well for the variant options our product offers, I contacted support to ask if they could change the colour of the drop down menu and was put in the hands of Helen who was extremely helpful and speedy with our request. Very happy with this supportive service and look forward to further working with this app.

Changing my 5 star to 1 star again: The app is fantastic but customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't take your issues seriously and try to cut corners. They ask for information about the issue. I get them the information from my customers and provide it to them. I even had to give my customers compensation so I could help the developer better. They proceed to completely ignore my e-mails for 3-4 days with all the detailed information about the issue without a single confirmation, then repeat to tell me I should ask for information from my customers??? Which I literally did and you didn't even read it? And all this only after contacting them 2 times why they weren't responding to my e-mails. In short: THEY DON'T EVEN READ YOUR E-MAILS. Their customer service js not organized and a mess. MIND YOU I PAY THE HIGHEST PLAN with 'priority support'. It's just a joke. They will probably still not know what im talking about in this review. It's hilarious.

Very useful for our business. Anytime we have had issues with it customer support has been extremely helpful. Recently we had help from Helen who quickly fixed the issue we were having with our product.

It's one of the most flexible apps i found on the store, and customer service answers fast even on the free version! Thanks to Rosie for her help setting up the cross sells!

Really good customer service. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to anything online, but I used the chat feature and got through to Helen who helped me with everything I needed. She was really patient and sent screenshots to show me where I could find options etc. Really impressed.
