Great customer service! When I first opened the app I had some troubles making it work but their customer service was superb. I got help immediately and got it fixed.

So far, so good! It's easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. Helps streamline custom orders and speed up the process significantly. Custom support was quick to respond and help me through user errors

This app is amazing! I build website for the gift basket industry and am installing it on all stores. Easy to use and gives our clients the ability to truly be a part of the buying process. Their support is EXCEPTIONAL! They're online when they say they are and were able to answer a question within seconds. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

My store options are very complicated. I was struggling to make my options work. I used the chat function and after a few questions and minutes. we solved exactly what I needed to make things work. Great experience and so happy my store is moving forward. Thanks Globo!

Where do I start, excuses and lies for over 12 months. Customers select products and the pricing dosent come up. The price will come up as free to the customer. Globo kept saying it was the settings and instructed me to make the changes. Worked once then reverts back to $0.00 for the variant, thousands of dollars lost. We kept going around in circles tor about a year then I was finally told I was using the old version that was more tha a year old. I was perplexed as I gave globo access to shopify on a few occasions to fix the issue over the same period. When updating from old version to new the data is all lost and you need to start from scratch, also the pricing is higher. All along I was made to feel it was my fault but in no way shape or form was it. In the end Helen from globo's excuse was we are in Vietnam???

Excellent app! It's functionality is very clever, it's easy to use for non-developers, and their live support is quick, lovely, and very very helpful. Their app allows us to provide a simple shopping experience for our customers, yet what is working behind the scenes is very clever. I love the conditional logic too! Globo Product Options have helped me each time I've reached out. The most recent time I reached out to them, their developers listened to my request and custom built more functionality to the conditional logic tool! I am amazed at this level of service, and so grateful. I wouldn't be able to have any of this functionality on my site without the team from Globo Product Options. Working with Globo is the easiest thing ever. First, the application is the best one out there that I have found for unlimited variants and product options. I'm not very techy and was able to figure it out. And if there are ANY problems or questions - even the smallest of questions or issues, their support team is next level. You are in great hands with Globo and their suite of products.

horrible support, tried for 4 days and could never get a response , or straight answer . deleted the app and installed avis plus
