Outstanding Tech Support and CSS Expertise: I recently signed up for this app for my Shopify store but it required some advanced CSS styling to blend in with my current theme. I highly recommend this app! I was previously using another product customization app but it had limited functionality and Globo has been incredible so far and looks seamless on my Shopify site. The customer service is absolutely amazing as well. There was a glitch in the integration on my website and Helen ensured it was resolved quickly!

I love that it allows me to change options for multiple products all at once instead of having to go into each product listing to change things. The customer service has been incredible since day 1 and I have had to reach out a couple times for questions and they have always been fast and helpful!

We sell items with MANY variables and Globo has been great for organizing our product pages. Also, the support woman Helen was really quick to respond to my inquiry and helped solve my issue in minutes :)

The app works very well. I have 5 product configurators on our site, all of which work perfectly. The support team has helped me several times to improve the whole thing visually. Mike is very helpful and the team is extremely reliable. I can highly recommend the app.

Second site I use this app on, it is beyond and above my expectations. It could use some nice to have feature like showing the swatches as a slider, but overall it is very versatile and useful. Rosie, from the support was very nice to me when I needed help and had some questions. My verdict is it is very recommended to use the app.
