This app works great for the most part. Every once in a while I have issues. Customer service is great but the time zone difference made it take a while not that that can be helped. Still overall satisfied and had a great experience with Helen.

Review for Helen I recently worked with Helen and she was fantastic. Right from the start, you could tell she really knows her stuff and has an eye for the little details. Helen’s communication was spot on, clear, easy to understand, and always on time. Whether it was a tricky project or just a quick question, she had practical answers that kept everything on track. What really stood out was her energy and enthusiasm. She tackled every task with real passion, which was contagious and helped us get some great results. So much so that this is the first review I have ever left online. Ever. She honestly went above and beyond my expectations - quite literally the best customer service rep I have had the great pleasure in receiving assistance from.

Absolutely amazing app - has been a lifesaver for our personalised product range. The conditional logic rules in particular are great for cleaning up the UI whilst having multiple options. Great support too - Helen has been very helpful with any requests we've had.

These are the things that make an outstanding product! Excellent app - It had 100% of what we wanted and even more. It allows very complex option creation and even has conditional logic. Excellent support- I was surprised how fast it all happened, Helen from the support answered my questions in no time!

I was having a hard time creating text fields and options for my ordering system. Until I was recommended by a Shopify Customer Service to this app. It was simple to use, I also got help from Helen, one of the staff working in Globo Product Options, She is very prompt and her service is just really on the ball.
