Delighted with the app as it is just what we need, easy to use and the response from the app team was very helpful when I had a query. I was quickly able to complete the setup as a result.

Really good product allowing easy options to be added to my products with a surcharge if applicable. When I had an issue the customer service team was really quick to help and address the issue. (Shoutout to Helen for sorting out all my issues promptly) Definitely recommend the product.

Absolute gem app and gem people at customer service. They are readily available to help and support whenever needed. The app is also very convenient to use and have all the features. Globo apps and their support both are really great and cater to an e-commerce business like mine very effectively.

I am a newbie building a website for my online store and this product has made it so much easier! The support is top-notch and so responsive - even when they were closed for the Lunar New Year! I would highly recommend to anyone considering.

I was having trouble with variants showing up as a product. Rosie's help was so great, she hid them and sent me screenshots of where it is so I can also change if ever needed.
