Useful and a easy to integrate with your theme. Also, good option so customizations do not alter your shopping cart (if item with variant is deleted from cart, the variant is automatically erased as well, other apps leave the variant on the cart which is a problem). Also, receipts on terminal print out well and clear, with the variants specified clearly, it is easy manage orders at the store. Good customer support!

It took a hot minute to figure it out, but Rosie was amazing in the chat option and helped me figure it out. I granted temporary access to her for her to help.

I reached out to Customer service regarding the backgrounds on their dropdown lists not properly displaying. Helen responded letting me know she was the employee assigned to assist me and she will let me know when my issue was resolved. Within 20 minutes, I had my issue solved :) great customer service! Thank you again, Helen!!

Great app that hit all of our checkmarks. We recently had an issue that we were unable to figure out so we contacted support. Helen was a great help, kept us updated, and let us know that the issue had been resolved in a very swift manner.

Update 12/12/24 - I CANNOT BELIEVE this company's customer service! REALLY!? I wrote to them and Helen replied in a very short time by email with screen shots and instructions. I wrote back with more questions. She immediately replied with screen shots and asked me to try it now and see if it worked. Unfortunately I was out and would not be able to a computer until the next day. Get this ... Helen wrote back asking me which of my products I needed removed from a pricing set, offering to do it for me since I couldn't get to it right then! REALLY?? BEAT THAT! Helen is AMAZING!!!! Update: 12/2/22 - I was having an issue that Shopify Support could not help me with and they suggested I contact Globo. It turned out the issue was with another app, but Globo returned my email within minutes, despite it being a holiday weekend and searched out the issue. They sent me a detailed reply which helped me determine my next steps. The customer service remains AMAZING! IMPORTANT NOTE: The customer service is AMAZING!! I have contacted them twice and each time they have been wonderful! I have fought with Shopify since 2017 looking for something that would allow me to add indefinite options in a way that would make it easy for my customers to order and allow me to choose specific products for each template. Not being able to do so has basically paralyzed me with frustration. This is the answer to my dreams. And ... I can't wait to get my website updated and start actually sending customers to it.

Great app but the strength is the support from Helen - super fast, knows exactly what we need and provides the solutions. 8+ years on Shopify Plus and this is exactly what we look for in an app. Look forward to trying out on my other stores...

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future. For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.
