It is a fairly straightforward app that does exactly what it is designed to do. I had an issue figuring out a small implementation and received real time customer support from the online chat feature. Thank you Rosie!

This app has been so helpful. I had a problem with adding new items to a set and had to contact support. Rosie had it fixed within two minutes and then showed me what the problem was. Operator error.

I have owned Global Product Option for several months. During this time I have had the odd question and various change and customization requests. Helen (the supporter's name) took care of everything immediately. Very professional, super fast support, all problems or comments were dealt with very promptly. She also repeatedly asked if everything was OK and if I was satisfied. Thanks to Helen for the great support!

I cannot say enough about this app. It has made my customer options SO easy to use, and their customer support is PHENOMINAL.!! I highly recommend this app for any store!

I've been using Globo and have been very happy, was intuitive and pretty easy to learn without headaches. I did request a customization and it was completed promptly and works well for what I needed. I have several option sets due to how my products are setup and Globo has allowed me to tailor the options for each type of product. I've received support several times from from Helen who was very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. David and Ariya have also been pleasant to work with, so have been very happy with the whole support team.

This app does everything I can think of. I have a few custom products and Im making a switch over to shopify from magento, but was worried I wouldnt find a decent solution. but this app has a much better look than what I'm using on Magento. So many ways to utilize this app. Support is great. and their templates are great to get ideas of how to show options in different ways/methods. Prior to finding this app, i was very worried i would not get the look i was after. There are many nice features, even the small features are great , such as displaying different verbiage once added to the cart. I also like how it allows the website visitor to edit the options from the cart. that was not possible with my old setup. a person had to delete and start all over again which im certain frustrated people and likely lost sales (because i have a very complex custom product). I can keep writing, but there is a free trial so check it out :) I cant imagine a better app out there because what more can this ap do? :) its great

Even the free version has features that suites many cases! I even got a whole new feature that was custom made for me after asking the support if it was possible. Works like a charm even with high traffic on the site

They really deserve 5 stars for their customer service. They always get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it in a reasonable time frame. My one complaint would be, because of our unique industry, there is some functionality that would be great for us to have, for example, an extra layer (or two) of conditional logic built in would make creating complicated option sets much easier. However, the app works as its designed to.

This app is perfect, it allows us to have total customisation in a unique and organised way. For our business it is truly amazing and exactly what we need. Great app and even better customer service. We had a few issues when flipping themes and the team was there to help each step of the way. Very easy to use and tons of functionality.
