This has to be one the easiest and most straight forward options app available for shopify. When I did need help the customer support was very quick to respond. I had the pleasure of Helen assisting me and she fixed my problem in less then an hour. I highly recommend this app.

Would highly not recommend. Look for a different company that stands by their product. We set everything up correctly on our website. Because of a glitch in THEIR software not being compatible with a feature on shopify they gave away thousands of dollars of product away for free. When I contacted them about the issue they offered a measly 15% discount off the subscription price. A whole $15 dollars compared to the thousands that I lost because of their mistake. Im lucky I caught it when I did. They also couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again either. They clearly don't stand by their products and don't care about customers whatsoever. They just want your money

Good support. However, it would be great if the user could change the size of the buttons by themselves.

I contacted Globo Product Options support because I use two different colors. Mike and Helen helped me fulfill my custom request within 24 hours. That's what I call a very good experience. I can only recommend Globo Product Options.

The app is great for its purpose and has many nice features. What's even better than that is the customer service. Very responsive and will help you get whatever you need done!

Ottima App per aggiungere tante varianti ai prodotti! Il servizio clienti è fantastico, rispondono subito alle richieste, e in più mi hanno modificato l'app su mia richiesta per avere qualche particolarità in più, se si dovessero riscontrare problemi, sono sempre pronti ad aiutarti, anche per una semplice domanda! Grazie mille ragazzi siete fantastici!

Very impressed at the moment,, Just started my first Shopify account and this app is perfect for I need - Help desk have been brilliant, Helen in particular- very quick to respond and no messing about -Its great to deal with Humans in this day and age... so I guess that's a good sign- so very happy at the moment. The customer service is fantastic. Rest assured if you need any help, they will be there to help thoroughly. I’ve tried other apps and their “help” was appalling honestly. So far Rosie and Mike has helped me and, thank you for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

L' app è veramente rapida e intuitiva. Ma il meglio è venuto dopo. Quando ho avuto bisogno di fare una modifica ho scritto al servizio clienti e Helen, molto zelante, mi ha aiutato nel giro di pochi minuti. 10 e lode.
