Melhor aplicativo, muito fácil de editar e o suporte ao cliente é muito rápido e eficiente, principalmente a Rosie que me ajudou muito rápido e foi muito gentil. Recomendo

Ich kann die app nur empfehlen, ich nutze diese in verschiedenen Shopify Shops. Schnell eingerichtet und der Support reagierte immer innerhalb Sekunden. Z.B. beim Ergänzen der Produktoptionen zu den Bestellemails. Der Support hat dies übernommen und innerhalb 2 Minuten funktioniert alles perfekt. Kompatibilität mit Quotify ist auch gegeben.

Great customization. Their live support even helps you do custom customization that's not even easily accessible on the app itself.

We've only just started using the app but it's very easy to use and customer support are very fast to answer any questions and fix any issues we've had.

The app is simple - but maybe too simple if you asking me. There is some very basic options there should be there but currently not possible. The support (Mike) are very helpfull by chatting. But google meetings its not an options for them. Expect when you chatting with them there are difference between costumer service and developer. Sometimes you need to wait a bit too long for an answer. If you need a really-really basic app this ok. But i will recommend to find another app.

Ich bin mit dem Support sehr zufrieden. Mein Problem wurde extrem schnell bearbeitet und zuverlässig gelöst. Besonders positiv fand ich die freundliche Kommunikation und die schnelle Reaktionszeit. Ich dachte zunächst, der Fehler läge auf meiner Seite, aber das Support-Team hat die Ursache sofort erkannt und direkt behoben. Vielen Dank für den tollen und professionellen Support. ----- I am very satisfied with the support. My issue was handled extremely quickly and resolved reliably. I especially appreciated the friendly communication and the fast response time. At first, I thought the problem was caused by something on my side, but the support team quickly identified the actual cause and fixed it right away. I was having an issue with a form not displaying when selecting a variant due to a conflict with our Shopify theme. I reached out to support, and Clara was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Really appreciate the fast and helpful support!

Had an issue with the purchase element that would have delayed my team tremendously. Their service team jumped to action the next business day and this was resolved within 24hr. Such great help from Rosie and Mike.

Grâce à Globo Product Options, j'ai pu rajouter des options de personnalisation très intéressantes pour mon site. J'ai dû contacter le support pour faire en sorte que tout puisse fonctionner correctement avec le thème de mon site. Clara a particulièrement été efficace. Je recommande leurs services sans hésiter !

C'est la première fois que j'utilise une application de personnalisation, la mise en place des différentes options est facilitées grâce à l'application et au SAV très réactif et en français. Je recommande !
