Great customer service. The team was surprisingly fast at replying to all my enquiries, and were swift at implementing the custom changes needed. They were very smooth and easy to communicate with and understood exactly what I was after. They were very friendly, supportive, and happy to help me with all my requests. If the app doesn't allow you to achieve a certain look or function, you can be sure the team is there to help alter the code to your needs. One downside is that the code is only accessible to the Globo team, so all HTML changes needed, has to be made on their end. In regards to the apps performance, it operates very efficiently, having little to no noticeable impact on page performance speed. It is exactly what I need for adding the custom personalisation to my product pages, and allows me to "template" my products, so variants my products share only need to be changed once when updates need to be made, as opposed to having to manually edit each product one at a time. The custom variants created in the app also act like custom variants, (showing in the side-cart and checkout as a variant of the product as opposed to an "add-on product"), and integrate seamlessly with my theme with no hassle. My favourite feature of this app is the conditional logic, as it allows me to hide/show sections based on the users selections. I also like how you can create an add-on price for selections as well, making it perfect for subtle variant add-ons, where price doesn't vary for every variant combination. Very impressive app overall, however it does have a downside. For add-on pricing, you can't make the price based on calculations/equations, (e.g, price = price x number, or , price = user-input x number), which is something I need to implement with my site. I may be able to figure out a way on my own, however the team says it is something they are unable to achieve at the moment. Hopefully in a future update they can add this feature, as I'm sure there are ways to achieve this kind of functionality.

The app is super easy to use and the support team was great. I reached out about an issue I had with my website and got a response within a minute from Rosie. She was super friendly, responsive and helpful and fixed my problem within about 3 minutes.

Excellent module de personnalisation ! Il m’a permis de proposer des options créatives et sur mesure à mes clients, tout en gardant une mise en place simple. L’interface est claire, intuitive, et on crée ses options rapidement. Et surtout : le SAV est vraiment au top, très réactif et très sympathique. Un vrai plus pour une boutique Shopify ! Excellent personalization app! It allows me to offer creative, made-to-order options to my customers while keeping the setup simple. The interface is clear and intuitive, and creating options is quick and easy. Most importantly, the support team is amazing—very responsive and really friendly. A big plus for any Shopify store!

Excellent support experience. Rosie was very responsive and clearly explained the issue, which turned out to be a CSS conflict. The support team resolved it quickly and efficiently, and everything is now working as expected. Great communication and reliable app.
