Using the Globo app has been a lifesaver for creating a specific feature for one of our product categories, which needed a different purchase flow from the rest. Clara, our support contact, resolved all our questions efficiently. Thank you!

I am so very happy I find these folks. Super helpful, very quick to respond and most of all EFFECTIVE HELP. I am not an easy customer and my needs are vast! I was not disappointed. To be honest - the price was so good, I was not expecting this level of GOLD CLASS service and support. I'm in for life - and open to any more apps they have. I am not paid to say this, I'm just sitting my computer after having substantial issues sorted by these amazing people. I can not rave enough. What ever app they make - if it works half as good as this one - its worth looking into!!

I absolutely love Globo for my website! It has made it so much easier for me to offer my customers a variety of options and customizations, which has really improved the shopping experience on my site. Everything works smoothly and was easy to implement. On top of that, the customer service team was very helpful and quick to assist when I had questions. I’m very happy with this app and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to expand their product options!

My checkout button has been broken for about 9 hours due to a coding error they made while editing my theme. My entire marketing and ad budget is being wasted right now because of their incompetence. It has been over 5 hours since I sent multiple urgent emails, and I have received absolutely zero response. This app is terrible and their support is non existent. Be careful they can crash your site’s functionality at any moment. Truly a nightmare experience.

最初設定してもならなかったのですが、サポートでチャットしたらすぐに同期されて数分で解決しました。 とても良いサポートでした。 サポートは英語ですがChat GPT使って難なくクリアできました。
