Purchased the app.... was too complicated for me. Thought there will be better options out there so I deleted...uninstalled. Turns out its probably the best out once you figure it out. If you cant fix something, dont spend hours on it...ask the live help option (Mike was great) :)

Great app and support, just a new user of this app and it has worked in the way I can customize in the store.

It takes a few steps to get it right, but it does exactly what it says it does. Helen was able to help me very quickly with setup.

Globo has worked well for us on multiple websites. Our most recent website theme/colors did not vibe well and so I utilized the "ask for help" function and Helen was able to edit the backend code to clean up our Globo options. Thanks again Helen, much better!

So far so good, the app does everything I need it to do and the response time from support was excellent!

I've used this app for about 2 Months now and it has worked great for my custom item store.

No começo eu estava perdido. O Mike me ajudou e fez os ajustes necessários para que eu pudesse começar a usar o APP. Isso faz a diferença, um bom atendimento.

Its a really good app with a vast variety of different usages. Making your products more dynamic and customizable. Its realtively easy to handle and works very good. The many templates make it so that you can implement these features pretty fast. Having your cutomers engage more with your products, customizing them or adding accessories is very useful. The support is very nice and helpful. They answered fast and could help me exactly the way I needed. But the app also has its limits. I personally couldnt find all features I wanted to have, but thats okay. Beside that I find it a bit lacking in the visual sense. There arent that many personalisation options. Unless you know code you need to contact the support for features that should just be simple options to begin with.

Easy to use with a youtube video explaining how to embed, I had a minor issue at the end that Globo Chat had figured out in less than 5 minutes. Great app!
