I love the app and how easy it is to create options for my website. I feel like technology is advancing a heck of a lot faster than I can learn it now, which I guess says I am getting older. I have had a few times where I have needed customer support and they have all been helpful. This last time, Rosie assisted me and she was thorough and made sure all of my issues were addressed. The only thing I wish that this app did is connect with SyncLogic so my wholesale customers can have the same options as my direct website orders. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing!

Fantastic support from Globo. I had an issue with translations affecting how certain options displayed and couldn't work out why. Not only did Rosie find the issue, she also fixed it by creating specific options for each language. The app itself is perfect for our store - which has more than three options for many products, a feature still not offered by Shopify despite the new 2,000 variant limit

I had an issue with the elements not working on certain products. The issue was resolved by Mike within a matter of seconds! This app has worked wonders for my website and I am extremely grateful for the creators. Thank you so much!

If you are thinking of using this app to customize various products at your POS, take a closer look. This app does not allow you to have multiple products with the same SKU and different customizations in a single sale. Only one of the products will have the customization data. This defeats the main purpose of an app like this at POS. It would be important for the development team to come up with a solution.

Clara helped me with my problem of my forms not showing up. They were really quick with the fix by doing something with the code in the theme i was using. Also very quick to respond. Great service!

Het team heeft me super geholpen. Er was iets wat niet werkte op mijn site en er werd snel en duidelijk gereageerd door Clara. Zelfs tijdens de feestdagen(!). De app heeft veel mogelijkheden om te personaliseren en er wordt snel antwoord gegeven op vragen. Tot zover zeer tevreden.

Very disturbing and costly experience. After asking for Shopify access for troubleshooting, the Globo support team moved an active option set on my live store to Draft without any warning or consent. This immediately broke the buying flow and stopped required selections from being captured on orders. This happened on New Year’s Eve, while we were running heavy paid ads. As a result: Sales dropped sharply Orders came in with missing critical information We faced continuous complaints and operational chaos What made this far worse was the complete lack of communication. After taking access and causing the issue, the support team stopped responding for over 18 hours, while our production store was actively bleeding. Disabling or altering live store configurations without informing the merchant is unacceptable. The support team is not reliable at all for production stores. If something breaks due to their mistake, you are on your own. This app caused extreme financial and operational loss for us, along with massive stress. Trust is completely gone. I would strongly warn other merchants to be extremely careful before giving store access or relying on this app for any critical workflow.

App works well and support is fast and responsive! Clara helped me get everything working correctly after a theme swap and was kind and professional!

AMAZING customer support... Had trouble setting up the app and getting it to match my website's theme correctly, but the support team was available to help me immediately (no waiting around) and solved my problem via the chat. I'm pleased that they offer a free plan that actually has the basic functionality you are looking for, and honestly the paid plan has great features if I am looking to upscale. The support team were super lovely and friendly too. Thank you!
