Globo Product Options, Variant

I’ve been using the Globo Product Options app for my Shopify store, and it has been a game-changer! This app allows me to offer highly customizable product options for my customers, making it perfect for personalized products like racket customization.

I had a small issue and the chat person was very helpful and fast! She quickly fixed a small text problem for free. So far, it's a great app!

Excellent app for displaying product variants! It works flawlessly with Gempage templates, and the customer support team is responsive and eager to assist with any customizations.

I'm currently paying for the app twice. I signed up for a yearly subscription. I then deleted it briefly because it had a bug, and reinstalled it after 10 minutes. Now I've already paid the annual subscription and still have to pay monthly. This is fraud, and they don't see it and don't help. Be careful with this app! It's fraudulent.

Their support is excellent. I mainly use the app to make a required checkbox for customers to acknowledge that a product is at final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. The app makes it easy and it works seamlessly on the front end. Every other option I considered was overly complex but this app solved my problem elegantly. When I wanted to customize some features that weren't available in the app settings, the support team was able to provide me with the relevant CSS class to do some styling of my own. I'm impressed so far.

It's very customizable and flexible, able to achieve most things! I wish you could edit the fields after orders have been made though Thank you Rosie for helping me all questions and backend problems. The support you get from this app is immediate and they will solve it for you.
