We found Globo after spending a long time with a different product options app that promised so much and was top dollar...but constantly was a headache to deal with and broke down! Globo is SO much better than our old app! If you are debating between apps - stop and just pick Globo!! My store heavily uses personalizations in very intricate ways...and I've broken so many apps because of it. Globo has been amazing! The logic behind how it works and how to set it up is impeccable and much easier to maneuver with when you need changes. And the best part?! When there is an issue - Globo's team fixes it right away!! They adjust code quick to make sure everything works flawlessly. Their support is unstoppable! The best part is how quickly your changes are updated - it's SO much faster than other apps AND you can actually import your personalizations!!! Which is a HUGE time saver, there are very few apps that can do that AND work well.

It's a very useful and seamless app. With a decent number of options to cater to usual shop needs. Fairly customisable and easy to set up. The prompt support from Helen and team was also useful.

So far having a great time with this. Just got it today after reading articles for literal hours on how to implement the new GraphQL product APIs for the 2000 variant limit into my store and coming up dry. I don't know how to code and can't afford for someone to do it for me so I found this plugin that is awesome. Originally I was thinking the free version would be enough, but I needed access to the add-on prices and had $100 in shopify app credits so I said what the heck. The new APIs are supposed to be implemented and accessible to all (without a developer storefront) by early next year, so I figure I will use it at least until then. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to hide the add-on products that are created when you make option sets so that they would only show as the in-product-page drop downs I created them for, and I went to the chat to ask about this. Within the hour Rosie from Globo added code to my store to hide them successfully. No qualms really so far, other than that I wish you could use multiple option sets on a singular product. It doesn't take that much more time to just make product specific option sets, but it would be nice to either use multiples for one product, or copy paste them onto others. I like it!

I had a problem with a setting and placement and Helen was very helpful and got that sorted for me and so far everything is great

I have been using this app in one shop for several years and now added it to a new second shop. The setup is really easy and provides a solution for various options (dropdown, text etc'). The support is amazingly quick (for example Rosie), and solves my requests and issues right away.

The app is Perfect, it has evrything you need, all the options you can imagine, Custumer service is also the best, had a problem, Rosie they solved it in under 5 minutes and also gave me a quick lesson on how she did it, so its a double win for me, verry happy, very good experience.

So far so good. I have a few inquiries and have needed some help with a few questions. Helen was super fast with answers and help. We are still getting used to the product but we like it so far.

Globo is very responsive and helpful! I was having an issue with add-on products, specifically a message stating items were no longer available and they explained the cause for the error. So far, my experience with the app and customer service has been great!

It's a great app for adding multiple variants to a single product. We've been using the free version for over a year and just recently upgraded to get more features unlocked. Customer service is also great!
