App works great, had a question regarding this app not getting translated by another unsupported app and Helen was of great help. Got it all to work perfectly.

I reached out to them and received a quick response from Helen. She is highly efficient, excellent at problem-solving, very professional, and helpful. Solved my problem quickly and I’m very happy with her fast and efficient response. I am extremely pleased with the app. Thank you so much

I tried several apps and finally decided to use Globo. Despite encountering some issues, the service team promptly resolved them, particularly Helen who responded quickly each time.

I was looking for an app that would allow customization for my products and am glad I came across this as it is super user friendly and functional. When I came across an issue, support was quick as Helen responded within several minutes to evaluate the issue and was responsive in assisting me to resolve it.

We are early in the process, but so far I am impressed by the simplicity of the app and the support by the development team. They have been responsive and fixed something weird that was happening after we switched themes. So far, so good!

Well....I did like it until all of my listings stopped working. I received no response from my attempts to contact support False Alarm. their response ended up in Spam. They hunted me down on FB and fixed the issue. THANK YOU

I have been using Globo for a couple years now and I love it! I own a flower shop so their different options to add to my products helps when customers order online. I had a little glitch with the app and the Team had it up and running again in a very short time! I would highly recommend

I reached out to Globo with an issue with one of the option sets not displaying properly on my product pages. They handled the issue quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant to work with.
