めちゃ使えます。無料プランで使わせていただいています。カスタム製の高い商品を販売しているのですが、こちらのアプリのオプションをつける事によってお客様が商品を簡単にカスタムできるようになりました。 今まで注文メールにオプションを表示できなかったのが難点だったのですが、サポートチームに連絡したらすぐに対応してくれました！！ これでお客様もメールでオプションが確認できるし、万が一注文内のオプションを削除してしまってもメールで確認できます。 なにかあったらすぐサポートチームに連絡しようと思います。本当にありがとうございます！オススメです。 This app is extremely useful. I’m using the free plan, and even so, it has been a great help. I sell high-priced custom-made products, and by adding this app’s options, customers can easily customize their orders. Previously, one of the biggest drawbacks was that order emails couldn’t display the selected options. However, when I contacted the support team, they responded immediately and solved the issue! Now customers can check their options directly in the confirmation email, and even if the options are accidentally deleted from the order, I can still confirm them through the email. If anything comes up, I’ll reach out to the support team right away. I’m truly grateful—highly recommended!

We just started using Globo. The app works incredibly well. It has all the features we need to sell complex items to a wide variety of customers. I needed some help to it up and running and in about 30 minutes my four problems I encountered was fixed by Helen on chat. Great job!

Globo has been great customizing our app for our specific needs. We use the product options for flavor selection, and wanted the layout on product page to look a certain way, as well as the selections to appear on the Shopify pick-list. They did both for us very quickly!

I have been using this app for several years now and it great, does every kind of option i want or could need. They will even customise to fit your theme and don't get me started on the support. If in the unfortunate event you need help they are always on hand with quick support, I cant rate them enough. One of my options stopped working and I contacted support at around 9pm, when I woke up the next morning I had an email from Helen in support telling me that the issue had been fixed.

I needed a plugin to share variants between multiple products. Unfortunately there was no way to set specific product prices depending on two or more varaints, but sharing varaints that doesn't affect price works great. Support is super quick and friendly, even did custom changes for my store.

We've been using Globo Product Options for several years and can confidently say it's an outstanding product. It has significantly boosted our sales thanks to its user-friendly customer interface. The pricing is fair, and considering the exceptional customer service and versatile product options, it's well worth the investment. Highly recommend this app!

Just signed up for this app. I think it has great potential. I had a little trouble figuring out some things and contacted customer support. Rosie was very helpful! I still have more to learn to know if this will work for our company
