The service has been outstanding. They were able to fix something that wasnt allowing their app to work with my theme. They were also able to remove the watermark on request. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for an app like this for a long time, I even had to hire people to work on my website but this made it simple to add variants myself. The support team was amazing, I definitely recommend it.

I have to echo all the other 5 star reviews. The app has more functionality included than expected and the customer service is excellent! They respond quickly and were able to fix any issues that came up due to the theme I'm using. Highly recommended.

This is a great app. Shopify did not have the options I needed for variants, so this app was a life saver. Easy to use and has a lot of functionality. I had one issue and the support staff helped fix my issue very quickly. I would recommend this to everyone!

Works great! one other program didnt work with the taxes and messed up everything. so great that we found this one. Also watermark was easy to get out by contacting the team

Installed the extension to allow me to capture personalisation details for the customisable products, and it works a treat, even auto picking up when it needs to be used when using key terms in your listings. Like the last reviewer, I too had a problem with the personalisation details not coming through but support were straight on to it and fixed it very quickly, which is the sort of service you need!! Otherwise, been very smooth using this app for 1+ years now so would highly recommend, especially as it’s free!

I've been using this app for a while and it has been great for allowing me to have a large number of options for my custom orders. I recently ran into an issue and the support team was quick and so polite in helping to resolve the problem, especially for a free app. Thanks for the great service!

There's many options of what you can do with this app. We use it for gathering personalised info from customers as well as checkboxes. The tech support has been responsive and fixed any small issues very promptly.
