I can not describe how much I love this app and the team working behind it! The free features are wonderful and the customer service is beyond amazing. They help with every question and issue and I always get a very polite answer super fast. This is certainly the best product options app I have tried!

Support has been responsive, however I have a couple issues that seem to be unfixable. First when you select options/variants and then add to cart instead of showing only one item in the cart it shows multiple because it adds in the options/variants you select. Secondly when selecting the options/variants before adding to cart it shows as a single price, but once it is added to the cart it then splits the cost out again which doesn't make much sense in my use case where it is adjusting price based on size and is therefore confusing to my customers when it shows the pricing broken down. Really wish they would update this so it had a little more flexibility than is currently built in.

I really like this app best after searching for many different product option apps. If there is an issue, they are very quick to resolve the problem. I've had nothing but great experiences with this company for the past 2 years.

I use the app for my personalized products that I produce by hand. It would be even better if it were possible to synchronize the photos of the products to the variations of the colors created and to be able to synchronize the stock of the products. Still, I think the app is great and with a beautiful presentation. I couldn't help but point out that Helen's help is wonderful and quick. I loved it, I recommend it!

I would like to give 10 stars to the apps and to the customer service I received. I love this apps. There are so many great features that make my store stand out. Highly recommend. It's user friendly and great to work with. All my products are personaized and I wanted to add text, add ons and many other options for the products. GLobo Product Options, Variant Options made everything so easy for me. I had a few issues, which were fixed in one day and everything start working properly and perfect. Thank you for creating such a great apps and thank you for all you help! I want to make an update. I use this app since my last review. Want to say how professional and friendly the staff is. I'm impressed by the fast response and how they can make everything I need. I have a few queries, which weren't easy in my opinion. They work on it for a couple of days and everything was done.
