Extremly happy with Globo and their support. I had a couple of requests (1. to move the product price below the app and to remove "powered by Globo" and Helen from support had this done within a couple of hours. There was no nonsense wait time for days. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using this app moving forward. Thank you again.

I don’t know about the Paid Plan, but the Free Plan displays a large "powered by Globo Options App" in bold blue letters right under the personalization box. Looks spammy & unprofessional. If you’re going to use our site as an advertising billboard in such an obvious manner, we should be getting paid. Otherwise, make it discreet and tasteful so our customers don’t get turned off.

This app is absolutely FANTASTIC and the customer service team have been wonderful. They have been so helpful in sorting out some customisation for us and they are super quick at responding and managed to sort everything out for us. The app works beautifully with our theme, really looks great and allows us to do so much more. Couldn't be happier. Thanks SO much.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and their customer service division because I couldn't quite figure out how to incorporate an engraving option into my shopify page. I am truly blown away with the speed, care, and service. What a great company and great product.

Useful tool for my site and the customer service is top-notch! The only downside to an options workaround like this is that it needs to exist. Shopify can't do more than three variant options natively, meaning our SKUs don't work how we'd like them to. In terms of function, customizing the look, and adding extra paid options to our products, this app is perfect otherwise. And again, I can't overstate how quick the team is to respond and fix any issues that pop up! Globo has a full suite of apps and they'll be the first name I look for for any other site adjustments.

Habe die App bereits auf 2 Onlineshops installiert und läuft super! Der Support ist sehr schnell und hilft immer kompetent weiter. Auch die Bedienung und Zuverlässigkeit der App ist einwandfrei! Nur zu empfehlen :)

Helen from Globo Product Support was super helpful and responsive! We purchased a new theme which messed with the app and my website wasn't responding properly on mobile. She jumped in and found the issue quick and realized its an conflict with another third party app. She asked for permission to disable the app and attempt to fix the other app for me. Luckily she did because she fixed it faster than the other app company could even get to it.

They reply promptly and understand our request. They solved the issue and even recommended other form of solutions e.g. other apps if their app is unable to fulfil 100% our request. We love the going-for-the-extra-miles service and promoting other apps because at the end, everyone wins. Good job!

I would like to share my review of this app, specifically regarding my experience with adding variants options. Initially, I found it challenging to incorporate variant options into my workflow. However, upon reaching out to the app's support team, I was met with exceptional assistance. They promptly resolved every issue I encountered and even provided screenshots and videos to ensure my convenience. I am genuinely impressed by this app and deeply appreciate both its functionality and the outstanding support I received. I highly recommend this app to my colleagues as well.
