Excellent customer service - they helped me to customize the app precisely as I needed for my website! Thank you!

Used for several months and the app works as expected. I didn't realize that any sold out option would allow customer to add the option, but would not charge customer for the option. This can be hazardous when filling orders from packing slips, as it can result in customers receiving the added options for free... if not caught. FYI. Otherwise a great addition to my store.

Rosie has been so helpfull! There response time was incredibly fast and they resolved all my issues. The app is very user friendly!

They have been very helpful and helped me to resolve any glitches I had using the app mostly due to my own incompetence. There response time is incredibly fast and they always resolve the issue. Very impressed! And the app is great to use!!

Cette app fait le job parfaitement, installation et paramétrage facile. Et le SAV est vraiment top et très réactif, ils ont corrigé un petit problème d'affichage de stock sur ma boutique en moins de 24H ! Merci

This app did all I needed it to do with providing specific product options AND conditional logic. I ran into an issue, and they responded and solved the problem within minutes. Thanks so much! I'm so happy I found this app.

Highly recommend this app, customer service is very diligent and prompt, the app works beautifully. I've tried many other similar apps and this one is the gem, it's also cheaper than most others making it an all round win. We use it for additonal comments to specific products and are very happy with it. The customer support is great as well. I got a very quick and helpful response although we are using the free version.

Used this app for some time now and so Immensely grateful for your services!!! thank you ! Blessings! June update: I had an issue last week, and for about 4 days Helen (a representative) and her technical support team assistant me daily. Helen consistently emailed me with timely updates - without my request- and they made certain my issue was resolved. Very professional and very personable. I greatly appreciate Helen and her team, and I am happy my issue is now resolved. Thank you for your service!!

Great app and very easy to use! The installation and setup of the app is very straight forward. More importantly their customer service is great! Had an issues with one of my option sets not appearing on the site. CS responded and solved the issue quickly! Highly recommended
