I've had a lot of contact with app developers over the past 3 years. Honestly the experience can be pretty frustrating. My experience with Globo is the prototype of what I'd look for. Quick, responsive, and does a great job of actively listening. Most of the contact with app developers revolves around them helping stores figure out how to address specific user specific issues. Globo knocked it out of the park and I couldn't be happier with the final result.

Globo continues to impress with their service, apps, and all their attention to speed and quality. I've had some tricky changes and they helped out right away - and they were super friendly about it. No worries on service with these peeps. I recommend.

Very quick to resolve my issue, I asked to have the powered by globo' tag removed from my website, a few hours later it was resolved!

This app has worked perfectly for my shop, they even did some coding on my order printer app so that the customizations show up on our packing slips for fulfillment purposes - amazing customer service!

We use this for add on upgrades like signature so it doesn't affect the inventory. Once I figured it out it works, however, I don't like that to add the upgrade fee I have to set up an actual item. This clutters up the invoice and the item pull list. Because it has to be listed as shippable or it ends up on it's own leaving the order open, it also shows up on the customs forms for our interntional orders so we are manually deleting it. If they could fix this so you can just add to the price I would give them 5 stars. For us, the feature is just annoying enough that I'm searching for an alternative app.

This app works great to add customization to a listing. I just needed a simple checkbox. It displayed in a weird place, but they fixed it for me within 24 hours.
