Globo Product Options, Variant

Once we figured out how to use the app, we loved it. We have lots of customizable options for many of our products and this was really helpful for us on our retail site. We are still in the process of rolling it out for all products. However, if you put a box for customers to type in their special requests, that information will not print off on the Shopify provided Packing Slip print option. You must get an Order Printer app. Once we got that app installed and set up, we are truly excited about how well the both of them work together. Helen was super quick to respond, gave us a link to the perfect Order Printer app, which happened to be free to use. This Order Printer app is actually the solution for our B2B site as well as pricing does not print off on the Shopify Pack Slip printing option and we didn't want to waste paper by printing the order page and all the timeline info at the bottom. 4 star for needing a tie-in app. Not that it's Globo's fault, it's more Shopify (Plus) missing the opportunity for their site to function independently of needing so many add on apps. Anywhere you order something online, your products typically arrive with an itemized receipt or invoice with the product pricing, any discounts applied, shipping costs and taxes. Shopify does not provide that option. You HAVE to get an app.

This is an outstanding app and by far the most important one used on my stores. Absolutely worth every cent for the PRO version too. It's very easy to use and on the rare occasion I've run into problems, their customer support team have been fast and effective with helping me. Rosie and Wick helped me with a problem just yesterday and I can only dream that other customer support teams gave me the kind of fast friendly service they did! I don't leave reviews normally but they genuinely deserve it. Much appreciated team Globo :)

A great app for product personalisation. I wanted to customise the look of the text area input and Helen from support was very helpful and sorted my problem out in minutes! Couldn't recommend enough :)

I have only had this app for a few hours so am new, but i had an issue and Rosie replied within a minute and had it sorted within 5. Great service and really happy with how the app looks on our store :)

So far, so good. Doesn't exactly give me the products option that I was looking for. I want something that can handle over 100 different combinations with 3 variants options. However, this will work great for the personalization text I am looking for. Customer service chat was super helpful in getting over some challenges.

So far so good! Got the first option set up and working quickly! I really am much happier with the look of the app in comparison to the one I used to use.
