Globo Product Options, Variant

I had a great experience with Globo Product Options. Their support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They understood my request quickly and managed to resolve everything within just one hour. The level of professionalism and efficiency they showed was truly impressive. It’s rare to find such fast and reliable support. Highly recommended!

This did take a little while to connect to the product listings, but a quick Chat with Mike and it was all sorted. I went from having over 70 variations (which meant 70+ items to keep track of) to just a small number.

Still in the early setup stages with the app, but as someone who is new to setting up a store and a little overwhelmed with the options available the customer service team have been really helpful and prompt in giving me guidance when i've had queries.

This was my first experience with the Globo app and it has been excellent. After upgrading to the latest version, I found the process of creating option sets to be much smoother and more intuitive. The support team was fantastic—specifically Clara, who was incredibly helpful and prompt in troubleshooting a few issues I encountered. Overall, a very positive experience!

After trying out various other option apps, I’ve come back to Globo Product Options for the 4th time! The reason I finally chose them was the outstanding support. No complicated font or customization involve just simple font and file upload. But gets the job done. Support team is helpful as well.

OMG broke my whole site - left a lazy loader so all of my thumbnails were invisible, knocked my logo and navigation totally out and didn't even do what I bought it for. Shocking! Luckily a Shopify support guy took out all of the bad left coding. I should have read the reviews.
