Customer service is exceptional. I had Steven and Helen helping me. They were super helpful and would get back to me very quickly with solutions.

What a fantastic service and app! Because we can personalize almost all our items, this app is exactly what we needed. It would be nice if the variants could also be assigned an SKU number. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to. I asked the helpdesk for assistance, and it was resolved within minutes. If you're looking for an app for variant options, I highly recommend this one.

Their customer support team is FANTASTIC! They are almost always available and if they aren't they always get back to you. Any options I needed customized to my store, they were able to add. Very happy with this app!
