Globo Product Options, Variant

Excellent app for adding custom product options on Shopify. The interface is easy to use, setup is straightforward, and the conditional logic works perfectly for complex products. Customer support is fast and very helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended for stores offering personalized products.

The app is great and fulfilled all our personalisation requirements. While there were some functionalities missing, their support team, specially Clara was very responsive over mail and ensured all our requirements were fulfilled

I have been working on my shopify website for 3 days straight trying to do one task that I thought was simple. It turned out I needed Globo product options to do the task and with the help of Mike I managed to do achieve the result I wanted within a couple of hours. We researched several product option apps for our custom furniture website. This Globo app stood above all the rest for a few specific reasons: Easy, intuitive UI, with every possible option scenario considered; Import/Export option sets via CSV, which was essential for our rapid build-out; Impeccable support. We wrote to Globo support with a question on Saturday afternoon. They fixed our issue--which required edits to our Shopify theme--by the next day. Would certainly work with them again.

Mikeis very helpful. I spent an hour trying to figure it out myself, but still couldn’t get it working. After asking Mike for help, he solved the problem in just 5 minutes — very efficient. It made me even more interested in joining Pro to enjoy more services.

Amazing app!! So seamless to add options to my products. TIP: They do not provide full reporting so I was able to also download another app, Report Pundit, that is able to pull in all their info. Amazing combo between the two!

Rosie from Globo's support team was absolutely incredible. She helped us set up a jersey customisation feature (player name + number toggle) from scratch, styled the widget to match our brand colours and fonts for free, and patiently answered every question we had. The app works perfectly alongside Kaching Bundles on our store. Couldn't recommend more — 5 stars without hesitation!
