Helen was amazing! Found and fixed my issue quickly and with a smile. She was patient when I asked follow up questions and guided me in the right direction. Great product. Very helpful and accommodating team! Recommend Globo to anyone looking to add product options that align with their theme!

Fantastic Customization Tool for Product Variations! As a store owner, one of the most challenging aspects is offering the right variety of options for customers without overwhelming them. Product Options Pro solves this problem beautifully! The app allows for seamless creation of custom product options and variants, enabling us to offer a wide range of personalization choices, from color swatches and dropdowns to custom text fields. It integrates smoothly with our Shopify store, and the user interface is intuitive, so I didn’t need to spend hours figuring out how to make it work. What I love most is the flexibility — we can set different pricing based on the options selected, and there are no limits to the number of variants you can add. It’s perfect for stores that sell products with lots of variations (e.g., custom engravings, personalized items, or tiered pricing based on quantity). The customer support team is also top-notch. They were quick to help when I had a question, and they offered great advice to optimize my options setup.

This app is amazing! The support and developers are very quick to help. I got an amazing support name Rosie, who help resolve my concern promply. They are great! So far the best app that has a prompt support and resolution. Kudos Rosie!

Pretty awful. Things were going okay in the beginning and then ll of a sudden, the selections were not being sent to us. Our customers were selecting their scents but the Globo app was not operating properly and we were getting no selections. We thought our customers wanted us to pick so we randomly sent them selections. Oops! Now we are having to refund people. Not good. They claim it's because of another app we use but it was working fine for 6 months. We will be deleting this ASAP.
