Rosie at Globo helped us out with a massive problem and it was quick and simply also replied very quickly on the chat/inbox so I could get on with other tasks!

Had a slight issue with displaying a box, i contacted Globo and Steven replied to my site submission within 1 hr. A couple of emails later, and allowing Steven to access our site and all done. From initial contact to the job done no more than 2 hrs, fantastic support...

I've been using Globo for a few years and it just works. I did have an issue where I needed their assistance. I messaged them at the weekend and they came straight back to me saying they will take a look. Monday morning I had a message saying they found the problem (my problem as well, not a design issue). They sorted it for me, and followed up by asking me to double check. This is a company that is fast and responsive. I will be a long term client.
