I love this app. At first it's very complex. But the output was good and served it's purpose. I love how their customer support are very active at all times. And they will really help you and guide you. Special shoutout to Rosie! Job well done.

I created an option set that wasn't showing up on a product page - I clicked through to contact support - and in less than 5 minutes the option was on that page. I'm super impressed! Works great so far!

Needed help adding code to the store, so the Options will show up on the customer side of the order and the copy for my business as well. Rosie, did it easily and professionally. Great chat and so easy to do. Highly recommended and thankful for her help. Choice Checks LLC

Globo is great — easy to set up and very useful, with so many formats for offering multiple variants. I’m so glad I found it and have been very happy with it overall. Helen from the support team is wonderful as well — quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable.

I started using this app to offer engraving options on some of our products — and I honestly regret it. They claim that my Shopify theme is “special” and therefore not compatible, even though the Enterprise theme is widely used. When reporting issues, the support team rarely provides real solutions. The app often stops working without any changes on our side, things randomly reset, and orders are incorrectly flagged as if engraving was added when it wasn’t. Unfortunately, support just blames the setup instead of helping to fix the actual problems. Not a reliable app for professional stores.

Helen was incredible and solved our problem very very quickly. I'm a free user for the past 3-4 years and the level of support from Globo has been incredible.
