I had to contact with support a few times first to see how it work because in the beginning it seemed a little difficult to me. But once you do it, its pretty easy to work with. The support also response fast so that helps a lot.

This app is exceptional. If you're looking for a Variant options app, buy this one right away. It will save you time. There are so many things you can customize, it's easy to use, and the support is very fast and helpful.

We use only a small part of this app. But when we needed the Shopify Packing Slips to be updated to print the initials out on the document they responded in minutes, so 5/5 for support.

Using Globo product variations app now on a second store, the app is great and as soon as I had a problem I submitted a ticket and within minutes their team was investigating and fixed the issue. It's been a couple years with them now and very happy still.
