やりたかったことが網羅できているのでとても満足。 家具を販売するのに、オプションや注意書きで使用しています。 アプリは日本語に対応しているし、サポートのチャットも、親切で早かったです。オススメです。 Super happy with this app—it does everything I needed! I’m using it for selling furniture, adding options and notes. The support chat was super friendly and fast. Definitely recommend!

Set up was easy. Reached out to customer service as I needed help with customizing the look and they were able to help me with no issue.

Useful app for creating custom options within products. Henry was quick to address any issues we had with the setup. However, more support is needed for theme scheduling.

Rosie was very helpful with getting my option set (customer choices) to show up on my store. I do want to make upper management aware if it happens again I will need tech support which is a challenge as they are 11 hours ahead of me. It would be helpful for US based clients to be able to have tech support during our business hours. I am adding to this review as for the second night in a row I have worked with Rosie. I was having trouble with my conditional logic and she straightened me out in no time!

Best experience with customer service!!! Rosie helped me so much with my website and fixed all my mistakes on Globo . Don't know what i would have done without her help. Communication was excellent helping me step by step and really quick response. I also like Globo Options the App itself because it helps me with customization options. Thank you for the help Rosie!!!

Very easy to use. I chatted with Rosie and she helped to customize the look of everything for free. It was done in less than 20 minutes and looks perfect to match the look of our site. Such great service and very helpful!

The support team promptly adjusted the design to match the theme, which I really appreciate. I intend to continue using it unless it conflicts with other installed apps.
