Super satisfied with this app! The customer support is especially amazing! Helen was super helping me with fixing a technical issue on my store, the support was super fast and friendly and the issue was resolved very quickly! I also had help from Rosie who helped me to customise the app to match my stores theme, she was amazing and quickly made all the adjustments I requested!

(Still testing, rating may change) Helped fix problem with the theme I'm using. Unsure if there will be more problem(s) (hopefully not), but their support is good so far. (Also happened to be same/similar time zone, so it works out better in my favor). If you want to know, they're based in Vietnam (or at least that's what the app store says). Current con that I found for now: -Option sets/globo cannot detect if product(s) are already used in another option set(s) or not. In this case, it will overwrite it with the latest option set. But said product will still be in the option sets that chose it.

Exceptional customer service. Even on the free plan, I contacted chat support to ask that they update my button to match my theme, and they went above and beyond to get the job done. Much appreciated!
