Very useful and app for customizing products. They are quick to help with modifications and bug fixes in real-time. Would be a 10/10 app if they were able to fix issues with the cart drawer, but still Globo Product Options is the best option customizer available. Solid 9/10!

I haven't used the app for long, but so far, I really like it. I've used several different options apps over the years and this is one of the easiest to set up. Also, it just worked out of the box and was easy to get it to look the way I wanted. I needed customer service help to remove the add-on product links from my cart page and the rest of the website. Steven was amazing - had it finished in what seemed like just minutes.

Using this app for customization for adding names and numbers on Field Hockey Goalkeeper Jerseys. Working with the free version to test it out, before possibly upgrading to the paid version. Had an issue when i updated our theme, but contacted the team and got a swift response and problem was fixed in a timely manner by Helen.

This is a perfect plugin for beginners.The ap is easy to use and understand. I am a beginner when it came to shopify and shopify aps and I chose one before this one I could not understand. This one was easy to get going.

While I had a few hurdles trying to get things to work out how I would like them to (possibly only due to the free plan I currently was trying out) I was finally able to accomplish what I was looking for. Due to needing to add a file upload as well to my product page the positioning of where the "Powered by Globo App" was showing I felt like it was messing up the flow of a customer completing their purchase. I reached out in the instant message service provided in their app and communicated with Gemma. Literally within seconds Gemma was able to help me with my request and make my product page flow much nicer. I would highly recommend this app and do not hesitate to reach out to their customer service for help in accomplishing what you would like your page to look like.

Globo Product Options literally saved me. I was using Infinite Options, but they didn’t migrate to the new Shopify POS update, which left me in a tough spot. I switched to Globo and not only does it work perfectly with POS, but their support team has been absolutely phenomenal — fast, helpful, and solution-oriented. At this point, I highly recommend them to any merchant needing custom product options without the headaches.
