easy to understand and navigate just needed help on the shopify side and they where quick to help with PowerPoints to show how to navigate shopify. thank for making a confusing situation feel like nothing

The app is very simple to use, I changed a few things on the element section and noticed it wasn’t showing in the store, I contacted customer service and received a quick response from Helen, who updated things and it was soon working again, thank you very much.

I've had a great experience using Globo for my Shopify store! The app itself is easy to use and works exactly as expected, but what really impressed me was the customer support. I needed help customizing the look of one of my forms, and their team responded within minutes. Helen was especially helpful—she quickly understood what I needed and got it done right away. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for both flexibility and excellent support!
