I’m extremely satisfied with the work delivered! The assistant was professional, fast, and clearly experienced with Shopify. They helped me configure shipping settings, troubleshoot checkout issues, and made sure my store was fully functional. Communication was smooth, and they explained every step in a clear and simple way. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the quick turnaround. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert Shopify support!

Great App with plenty of customization options. The service is also perfect, always available and helpful! I just had Helen fix an issue within minutes and was super nice and friendly to chat with 10/10.

Rosie was absolutely outstanding! I had an issue with add-on pricing and reached out for support. I sent an email and also started a chat, it was 3:00 AM EST, so I didn’t expect anyone to be available. To my surprise, Rosie responded right away! From the very start, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. After we exchanged some photos and explained the issue, she quickly understood what was going on, accessed my website, and fixed everything on the spot. I was amazed at how fast and smooth the entire process was. I've used many apps and dealt with a lot of customer support teams, but Rosie provided the best experience I’ve ever had. She turned a stressful situation into a quick and easy resolution. Thank you so much, Rosie and hats off to the Globo team for having such amazing support!

Globo works great for our needs, and has awesome options available, even on the basic plan! The support team is very quick to respond. I definitely recommend trying Globo if you need to expand your variants and dropdown offerings!

The app works great, and the support and development team is always friendly and available for any small tweaks. They're very serious and reliable, and respond to requests very quickly. We've been using this app for over a year, and it works great.

Henry was extremely helpful when we had a problem with our Option Set updates not carrying over to our store. Support was courteous, fast and efficient and our problem was resolved in no time.

I had a problem with the option sets not showing up on the listing so I contacted them and they promptly responded and fixed the issue. Great product!
