Need help with the layout of the product option and make it look nice on my theme. Rosie is so helpful and made sure my concerns will be addressed. I'm staying with this app because of customer support. Highly recommended!

App has been great for the personalization. We use customization for many items and offer a lot of products so ease of use is vital! We did experience an issue today, which is rare, but Gemma worked with us to quickly get back on track.

Had to reach out for help after loading and publishing a new theme. Rosie was amazing and took the time to walk me through, send me resources and fix my issue. I am so grateful for all her help and her amazing fix to my site. I have rarely needed to contact support, but they are always kind, and so helpful and always make sure we are happy. LOVE this. So nice and kind service. I had some Problems with my Theme. It was removed from shopify Store so some things was not working, specially in the Live Configurator.
