Great immediate customer service. The free version is what most of us need very impressive interface and easy to use. They even removed the watermark for me!

Used the free version of this app for years. Needed to update some text and was told that I would have to upgrade to a paid version because 'Date Time' field was now a paid feature. In the end they did me a favour because I switched to King which is better and 100% free.

Work-around Shopify's variant limit. I use this app to display different variants for my business, well over 300, and it works perfectly! The customer support agent, Helen, jumped in quickly and resolved the issues I had for me. I am so grateful!!!!!!

Llevaba un tiempo buscando una app que me permitiese hacer mix and match para que mis clientes se pudiesen hacer sus packs personalizados de postales y esta app es perfecta. Además, el chat de ayuda es super útil. Helen no solo me ayudó a instalar la app bien, sino que además me lo puso todo bonito con mis colores y mis tipos. 100% recomendada!

After trying several other expensive apps that promised more features, I returned to Globo as it is easy to set up and reliable, with just as many customizations. Extremely responsive and helpful support, Gemma solved my special request super quickly!

App works great for custom options, custom colors and high variant combo products! The Live Chat has been very helpful as well, Helen was able to sort out a conditional formatting issue super fast, after hours!
