This app offers alot of different features to customize your store! I use it for almost every of my product. And if you have any questions, the support team is very quick to respond. Very friendly people!

This app helped me a lot with my problem of having more than 3 variants! It also has options for having swatches and multiple options available for customers. Their customer rep, Rosie, was also such a big help to me navigating their app and i was able to create my options with ease. Thank you!

The ap is easy to use and understand. I am a beginner when it came to shopify and shopify aps and I chose one before this one I could not understand. This one was easy to get going. The number of ways I can list the options for my products is amazing, photos, color swatches, lists, check boxes, people can upload photos, insert text, etc ... I can change prices depending on the different add ons. I have had some issues and I am not sure if it was my fault or the aps fault but I can say that customer service got my emails and overnight (we are not in the same time zone) had the issue fixed for me and all I had to do was grant them access to my store real quick. Always professional, empathetic and fast! My only critique is the way the orders print out. I wish it was formatted different. It can be a little hard to understand, and the printout for the customer cant really be used, things just do not show up in an easy to understand manner for the customer which causes confusion if they forgot what they bought (yes, they sometimes forget lol). Again, I may be doing something incorrect so I still give them 5stars.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Gemma for digging in and helping me find a solution with the Globo Product Options app for Shopify. I was stuck trying to figure out how to properly configure conditional logic for different product sizes and flavor selections, and Gemma went above and beyond to not only understand the issue but walk me through a solution step by step. Thanks to her, the setup now works exactly how I need it to.

This app is amazing and so easy to use. Support was also prompt and very quick. I was struggling with something so I contacted support and in a matter of a day, everything was resolves. Helen was great to work with! She quickly did the fix herself after requesting permission and my site is up and running smoothly with the options we added to our site. I love this app and the service is phenomenal! 10/10

We love this app. We've been using it to offer full customisation on our cricket bats—everything from shape and handle type to toe guards and personalised engravings. Players come in and talk to us in person, and we use the app right there on our POS system. It’s also set up on our website so customers can build their bat exactly how they want, wherever they are. Some of our bats can have 20 or 30 custom options, and this app handles all of them without breaking a sweat. Drop downs, text fields, image swatches, uploads—it just works. And on the rare occasion something doesn’t, their support team is incredibly responsive. They’re fast, they get things fixed straight away, and they always make it easy. It's been a pleasure working with the Globo team and we'll definitely keep using the app as we roll out more custom products. If you’re looking for a customisation solution for Shopify, this one has been a game changer for us.

Ran into some bugs / issues and they were quick to respond and helped get everything working. Missing a couple of features like Sync All if the options get out of sync and a link to the option on the public page.
