Incredible Support! Solved a Complex Bug in Minutes after I Failed for Days. "I had a complicated technical issue regarding my product bundles where the selections (options) were not being saved during checkout from the cart drawer. I spent days trying to fix it myself with custom code and theme tweaks, but nothing worked. I finally reached out to the Globo Product Options support team, and they were absolutely brilliant. They diagnosed the obscure theme conflict immediately, fixed the code via collaborator access, and solved the entire problem in a matter of minutes! Super hard to use, I can't get the changes to reflect. I always have to contact support. Changes are not shown immediately, you have to add products. Modifying anything is a pain. It also creates multiple products for each variant so the store is full of products now. You have to be super patient and then wait a day for each support answer (from the US). since their support is in another time zone, probably Asia....
