I haven't gotten a chance to really use the app yet, which is why I can't give 5 stars. However, I did interact with customer service (Shout out to Rosie) whom was very responsive and helpful in correcting my website. Thank you!!

I contacted Mike from support for direct help setting up the application. When I asked if he could assist me with the implementation, he refused and simply asked me to read the full tutorial instead. I need quick help to launch the app, but Mike only sends 5-page tutorials instead of providing actual support. When I ask direct questions, he doesn't answer them - he just sends generic documentation. I would appreciate having customer support that actually helps customers set up and launch their apps, rather than just pointing them to lengthy tutorials.

I've been using Globo for about a year and a half now - I'm very happy with it and even when I needed some assistance, the team was very responsive and took care of everything immediately. Worth every penny!! 10/10!

I just installed the app First i tried this on my Dev account where it worked well than i installed it on our store where i found an issue of option not showing up for my product, but Mrs. Helen from the app team helped to fixed that issue in no time, i am really impress by the service keep the good work up Mrs. Helen
