Application indispensable pour son site, elle possède toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaire pour ajouter des options car nous sommes limité avec Shopify seul. C'est une application complète et surtout elle a un service client génial et très réactif. J'avais une question et Rosie était présente en moins de 30 secondes pour y répondre Je recommande +++

This is a very helpful and easy to use app. Also, for my problem, the customer service responded sooooo quick and nicely. I was able to solve my problem very fast. The custer service operater was Rosie. Thank you so much, Rosie. I appreciate very much. 英語のアプリですが、日本語化にして、使うことができます。わからないことは、ヘルプデスクにお尋ねしたところ、すぐに、ご対応いただきました。また、とても親切で、回答もわかりやすく、私の問題もすぐに解決となりました。私の担当してくださった方は、Rosieさんでした。今後とも使いたいと思います。

I had tried very unsuccessfully to add an extra item with an additional cost to a few of my products. I was so frustrated and felt like chucking in all of it! So I sent a message to Globo and explained what I was trying to do. In short, they provided me with a video of step-by-step directions to achieve my desired outcome!! And I did it myself!!! WOW!! Their customer service, easy-to-understand directions, and fast reply times are wonderful!! I highly recommend this APP to anyone who has their own website!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I installed and needed to keep upgrading to see what other features were available. The request I need isn't available after upgrading to show all the features. 15 days ago the request was sent to billing and ticket stayed there. Globo Product Options, be upfront about your features and limitations with product variants. Carrot on a stick to keep revealing features means I bypass Free 14 day window and commit to buying the subscription.

Stuck with this app for months trying to get it to work. Although tech team were available, they never truly gave me the time on endless chats to understand the problem and therefore it never functioned correctly. On to another app now.
