Great App with plenty of customization options. The service is also perfect, always available and helpful! I just had Helen fix an issue within minutes and was super nice and friendly to chat with 10/10.

Rosie was absolutely outstanding! I had an issue with add-on pricing and reached out for support. I sent an email and also started a chat, it was 3:00 AM EST, so I didn’t expect anyone to be available. To my surprise, Rosie responded right away! From the very start, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. After we exchanged some photos and explained the issue, she quickly understood what was going on, accessed my website, and fixed everything on the spot. I was amazed at how fast and smooth the entire process was. I've used many apps and dealt with a lot of customer support teams, but Rosie provided the best experience I’ve ever had. Globo works great for our needs, and has awesome options available, even on the basic plan! The support team is very quick to respond. I definitely recommend trying Globo if you need to expand your variants and dropdown offerings!

Henry was extremely helpful when we had a problem with our Option Set updates not carrying over to our store. Support was courteous, fast and efficient and our problem was resolved in no time.
