UPDATE: After being begged to leave a review, and thinking everything was great...... I discovered it was not. The issue got worse! Each time I reached out I was asked "which option set" and I only have 1! I was asked fro screenshots - even through they were provided. This over the course of 3 humiliating days for my webpage and hundreds of complaints! While GLOBO never assisted, Shopify did eventually step in, for a cost, and got it going. _______________ Excellent chat support provided by Henry. Easy to communicate with and resolved an issue in 10 minutes that I had been beating my brain to resolve over the course of 3 days! Highly recommend!

I initially had an issue setting up the app so I reached out via messenger to their customer support team. Within seconds I was connected with Rosie and was working through a solution! It's always a huge bonus when you can immediately get connected with someone and get problems solved right away. First impressions of their service: Great! Would recommend!

We've been using the Globo app for variants for about 8 months and it's been the best decision. It's made packing orders for the team significantly more efficient (we were previously sending separate invoices for add ons after the order was placed). From a developer stand point, the team is extremely helpful and responsive and has done an excellent job supporting me with getting the team's requests live!

Rosie's customer service is 10/10. She has helped me on all the Globo apps I have and she's so patient and attentive. I know she'll get whatever I need done. I love that she always goes above and beyond and follows up my query and get it resolve Please do not hesitate to use Globo, they always have the best options, customer service and customisations. Highly recommend!

We are very satisfied with the product. It is easy to set up and the support is very courteous, fast and always has a solution ready within a few minutes with a visible result.

We've used the Globo Product Options for my other sites, and recently installed on a new site. The app is very easy to use and there are sufficient documents to help setting up. The support is also good, although I started with the free version, they are always willing to help and provide the support. Helen is particularly helpful! Great app with great support.
