I have been using BOLD apps for years and have always been impressed with the customer service. I did my onboarding with Jason, and he has been amazing to work with. He and the Dev team have been so accommodating and quick to help me. I will 100% recommend this app and any other BOLD app.

UPDATE: After submitting my review and describing this flaw publicly, the app developer reached out to set-up a web meeting in order to fully understand and work on a fix for this issue. After a few weeks of back and forth and rigorous testing, I'm a happy to report that the developer has successfully resolved this flaw. I'm therefore updating my rating accordingly. If they are able to address another limitation that I've had with this app over the years, it'll be a perfect rating from me. We'll see what happens... --- WARNING! I've been using BOLD Product Options for over 6 years on 2 different Shopify stores and it's been great...until now. When recently integrating it into my newest (3rd) Shopify store, I've discovered a substantial flaw that's new to the app. If you update any of your product/variant prices within your Shopify product database, all product options that use the product will NOT receive the updated pricing. In the past, you were able to click on a 'Sync with Shopify' button which would update all products/pricing within your product option sets. This no longer works. After communicating with support, they have confirmed that the only way to have the pricing update is by manually re-saving your individual product options. So basically, the app functionality has been rendered useless for anyone that has the need to update their product pricing. Manually re-saving hundreds of product options anytime you have pricing updates is not exactly efficient. So this being said, if you plan on having a large amounts of products and product options sets, and will have the need to update your product pricing in the future, this is NOT the solution for you. Until they resolve this critical issue, I can no longer recommend this app.

I have been using this app for several years. It works perfect for my cake and cupcake topper business. Customers like to personalize their orders with colours, size, name and age. Bold Product Options app is easy to use which saves me valuable time.

The app makes giving options to our products much easier! There was an issue when integrating the app to my new theme, and their developer team tailored the code and fit up the error in two days. Great team, quick response.

I had an issue where customers were purchasing custom products without selecting any of the options that were set on my Bold Product Options App. I figured it had something to do with the new theme we had just implemented, so I contacted the Shop Circle support team to take a look at the issue. They solved my problem within 24 hours and helped me tweak a couple of things that were not part of the original issue or even problems at all. Very good customer service.

It randomly gives products away for free. A few weeks ago we were looking at some orders and noticed that Bold was not adding the up-charges to the order. It added the parts to the order fine and we fulfilled them but the customer was getting them for 0$. Since we have found over $5000 in free items Bold gave away. Customer service has been less than helpful. Downright idgaf attitude to trying to fix it. look at other apps.

Bold Product Options app is user-friendly - options are easy to set up and apply to your products and is a great solution for working around Shopify's variant limit. The team helped me set the app up completely and troubleshoot when issues came up with our theme. Special thanks to Ahmed who is kind, friendly, and super helpful with getting our app set up and ironing out the kinks. In fact, every interaction from customer service to dev has been positive, and that speaks volumes for their whole team - highly recommend this app. Thanks team!

We've been using Bold Product Options for our flower shop for years, and we could not operate without it! Deelen's customer service specifically was very helpful and much more prompt than you would expect. We would recommend them just from the level of customer service alone :)

Worst client service ever. Does work very slow and not up to the requirements too. Totally wasted my 10 days of my time relying on them.
