the Product Options feature has been a HUGE benefit to our customers and has provided a high-profit income stream for us. We have had it for 7 years now and we continue to find new options to offer our customers.

A terrific solution for our needs, albeit at a high cost. Customer service is top notch and is usually able to solve any issues you have same day. Some of the settings for products have to be erased, otherwise values revert back to original. Really like the swatch options. If adjusting and tweaking settings was easier and if the price wasn't so high (50$ a month/600$ a year), I'd rate this as a 5 star app. Update (8/10/2023): It sounds like Shopcircle (owner of the app) will soon be making things easier and more fluid for the user, as well as offering better monthly subscription rates. If this happens, my final rating is 5 stars.

Jeff rocks! He totally helped me out! We have struggled to get Shopify live - we have been using Product Cart for over 10 years. with over 50K SKUS, lot to move over and a lot of change. Looking forward to expanding how we use BOLD!

We have the largest selection on options to choose from for purchasing prescription lenses, more than any other website - and it's thanks to this app. The support is to the point and seeks to quickly resolve any issues. Highly recommended. Neil @ UseMyFrame.com

The assistance provided by the Bold Team is amazing, the quick chat option is great for quick little questions and some harder lengthy items that need changing on our website is done in a timely manner with great communications during this process. The small videos sent to show how to fix it next time or to preview the changes made by the team is great.

Easy to use the app and very customizable. I've had issues with other apps being too complicated and not streamlined well enough. The customer service is great and Mrunal really helped me out.

UPDATED REIVEW; User beware, the new owners of this app have consistently made sweeping changes that either make the admin experience worse, or break things with no warning. Like making a change to how an option type is displayed to the customer, and then telling us they can't roll back the change and we have to use a work around to undo the pointless change they made. Or changing how options are applied to products, and then not telling us that updating any option set would cause those options to be applied to all products in our store, unless we went through the time consuming process of reselecting the products. They pushed an update they knew would break things and decided to make it our job to migrate to the new selection system it instead of doing it automatically. TLDR; Don't get invested in this app, especially if you are a power user / have products with lots of options. Shop Circle keeps making the app worse and they haven't added any new features since they took over. Only removed quality of life features and generally made it worse. ORIGINAL 4 STAR REVIEW; Thank you to Jeff and his team for solving an occasional issue we were having. Occasionally priced option variants wouldn't be in the cart when the customer checked out. The support team fixed this not only for our live store, but also for our development mode testing store. Thanks again! Now if only they could add some quality of life features and proper integration with a few of the apps BOLD still owns.
