Unfortunately, I now have to get something off my chest. The app actually always worked perfectly! After a new theme update, the live theme was duplicated. In the backup, an attempt was now made to reinstall the app with the automatic installation. I was informed that the automatic installation did not work. In addition, the formatting of the Live Theme was completely destroyed. The backup theme was explicitly selected, but the live theme was also attacked. The support does not consider it necessary to fix this error, instead you are only put off that it will take a little more time. Who will pay for the damage caused by your mistake?

We have been using Bold Product Options since 2017. Its always worked well for us, the transition to Shop Circle was a bit rocky, but the team at Shop Circle lead by Dan, clearly cares and works to resolve issues.

Jeff via support chat and Jason who gave me a hand with the install and the walk through are awesome and the app is amazing so far as well. I'm really impressed by the responsiveness to my questions and they definitely go above and beyond. Alina and Emira helped me out today and were amazing to work with. I am really impressed with the support - everyone is helpful and so patient. Alina - so great today, super helpful!!

Laufend Server Probleme , lädt und lädt und bleibt dann hängen, lief früher viel flüssiger. habe schon viele stunden arbeit investiert, die dann umsonst waren weil die app nichts übernommen hat bzw. Probleme hatte.

Today, I received assistance from a helpful individual named ALINA. She was very accommodating and took the time to understand my needs. In addition, even though I am not proficient with computers, she successfully assisted me in correcting issues with my shop, which was no small feat.

BPO is a comprehensive and very useful tool, and the customer service from Shop Circle is very good. They have helped with both onboarding and follow up questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BPO. Update for 05/06/2023 I have had about 1 hour of top quality technical support from Sarah and some anonymous colleagues in the higher tier support teams, and together they have literally solved so many of my cusomisation queries, doing all the coding in the background while Sarah has been expertly and very patiently guiding me through every single issue I had, and without showing any sign of tiring. I am so over the moon! Thanks to Sarah and the team :)

This app has given us the option to offer more menu selections in our Shopify Store and we have been very happy. We did have one glitch with some old code and I was not able to fix it myself, I reached out to Bold Products Option customer support, there one of their staff Alina, had responded immediately and was there for me until the issues was quickly resolved. She even fixed some things with our code while she was in there. This was a great customer service experience for me. Thank you Alina and Bold Product Options!

Not only does the app fix a long established issue our website has faced, but it has been relatively easy to navigate. I have been using this App for some years now and I dont know where my business would be without it. The support is excellent once you take into account time zones. Ahmed Piric went above and beyond, helping me re-setting the conditions in my Bold Options. A massively time-consuming and stressful situation was resolved without being prompted allowing me to get back to working on my business. Thank you

We've been searching for a solution for our custom charm bracelet builder for YEARS and have spend at least a few thousand dollars on apps and custom development that never worked out. So, when I decided to try out the Bold Product Options app my expectations were pretty low. Well, they BLEW ME AWAY. JP and the team set up everything for us within a few days and it's a game changer. BOLD APPS for life!

OK, so I do find Bold Product Review very useful in my situation, because I have variants and conditional logic, Bold made it possible However, my social sites (Instagram & Facebook Shops) that link to shopify store does not show any of the Bold Variants such as size, color, anything at all. I had to take it down for now and will have to think about my options. That was a big bummer, hope they will be able to change that in the future.
