BPO is a comprehensive and very useful tool, and the customer service from Shop Circle is very good. They have helped with both onboarding and follow up questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BPO. Update for 05/06/2023 I have had about 1 hour of top quality technical support from Sarah and some anonymous colleagues in the higher tier support teams, and together they have literally solved so many of my cusomisation queries, doing all the coding in the background while Sarah has been expertly and very patiently guiding me through every single issue I had, and without showing any sign of tiring. I am so over the moon! Thanks to Sarah and the team :)

This app has given us the option to offer more menu selections in our Shopify Store and we have been very happy. We did have one glitch with some old code and I was not able to fix it myself, I reached out to Bold Products Option customer support, there one of their staff Alina, had responded immediately and was there for me until the issues was quickly resolved. She even fixed some things with our code while she was in there. This was a great customer service experience for me. Thank you Alina and Bold Product Options!

I have been using this App for some years now and I dont know where my business would be without it. The support is excellent once you take into account time zones. Ahmed Piric went above and beyond, helping me re-setting the conditions in my Bold Options. A massively time-consuming and stressful situation was resolved without being prompted allowing me to get back to working on my business. Thank you

This is easily one of the best apps on Shopify, the support is unbelievable. This app has been a game changer for our site. This is the gold standard for product options on Shopify. We would highly recommend this app

We've been searching for a solution for our custom charm bracelet builder for YEARS and have spend at least a few thousand dollars on apps and custom development that never worked out. So, when I decided to try out the Bold Product Options app my expectations were pretty low. Well, they BLEW ME AWAY. JP and the team set up everything for us within a few days and it's a game changer. BOLD APPS for life!

OK, so I do find Bold Product Review very useful in my situation, because I have variants and conditional logic, Bold made it possible However, my social sites (Instagram & Facebook Shops) that link to shopify store does not show any of the Bold Variants such as size, color, anything at all. I had to take it down for now and will have to think about my options. That was a big bummer, hope they will be able to change that in the future.

I've had a great experience with this app so far for my apparel shop. I offer lots of color and size options and this has made my product pages look great and user friendly. I had a small issue with some options not coming through on orders but chatted with a rep (Jeff - thanks so much!) and got resolved immediately.

Good options app that after 8 years of using needs development. It doesn't work with Shopify Markets. Your option prices are either showing including VAT/TAX to everyone around the world, or they aren't. Also it doesn't work with Translator Apps, so your Product page descriptions etc are translated but your options aren't. If you are just selling in one country, with one tax system in one language, it's a great Options app which have used for a while. Also on the plus side, really quick responses from the support team, whom since they have been taken over by Shop Circle, knock BOLD out the park in terms of quick support. Shout out to Alina in support who was very quick in her response and helping out.

An absolutely great app that include options that SHOULD be included in Shopify. Always quick responsive support. A must have app if you need custom options on your products.

Disaster. I have been a Product Options customer for 10 years. I started noticing a few options not being charged to customers recently and reached out to support. They informed me I need to install Version 2. After horrific communication that takes days for each message, they deployed something that completely torpedoed my entire site and it doesn't even seem like we can undo it. It appears like "Shop Circle" purchased this app from BOLD but kept the name. I am currently losing thousands in revenue a day with an unknown impact on long-term sales and no real resolution in sight that doesn't likely involve 50+ hours of work on my end.
